Refund Policy

Because Lipsette is a personal care product we are unable to 
accept returns of opened or used items for health and hygiene 
reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us 
at work@lipsette.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We 
will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Unopened Items
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 
14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. 
Contact work@lipsette.com to initiate a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the 
above conditions.
