Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment 
confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends 
or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight 
and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking 
information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lipsette is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at 
work@lipsette.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we 
will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 
Lipsette is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly 
entered address.
